Social Parameter Partner Program Terms

These Terms govern participation in the Social Parameter Partner Program operated by Social Parameter, LLC. The Program is member-first, uses one-level direct referrals, and does not pay for recruiting other Partners.

Effective: August 28, 2026Version: 2026-08-28-v2One-level direct referrals only

1. Acceptance and electronic agreement

By checking the Partner Program Terms box and selecting the button to activate your Partner account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. Your account identifier, acceptance time, Terms version, activation source, and privacy-preserving technical verification signals may be retained as evidence of acceptance. You may save or print this page for your records.

2. Member-first eligibility and private outside approval

Active monthly, annual, and grandfathered lifetime Social Parameter Engine members are eligible to activate the Partner Program after accepting these Terms, subject to account standing and program-integrity review. Engine membership is the normal and publicly promoted access path.

The Partner Program is not open to unrestricted public enrollment. Social Parameter may separately invite or directly approve a qualified non-owner distribution Partner based on audience, professional network, relevant content, marketing experience, or another legitimate distribution capability. Creating a Social Parameter account, requesting access, or viewing the Partner pages does not create a right to approval.

Social Parameter may approve, reject, suspend, or close a Partner account based on program integrity, compliance history, fraud risk, promotional conduct, product familiarity, or other legitimate business considerations.

3. Product access and Partner access are distinct

An Engine member receives the software and member ecosystem according to the applicable monthly, annual, lifetime, installment, complimentary, or other authorized Engine plan or grant. Monthly and annual software access requires the applicable membership to remain active. Existing vested lifetime licenses remain governed by their original grant.

An invited non-owner Partner receives only the approved Partner dashboard and limited Partner materials unless Social Parameter separately grants Engine access. Outside Partner approval does not by itself provide Website Credits, website generation, project previews, ZIP exports, Sales Kit access, Academy access, Discord access, client-service training, or any other paid Engine feature.

Ending an Engine membership ends membership-only software and community access according to the applicable billing terms. It does not automatically erase a Partner account or a properly recorded direct referral, although future commissions remain subject to Partner-account status, these Terms, payment eligibility, and prospective Program changes.

4. One-level direct referral structure

The Partner Program pays commissions only when your own approved referral link is credited with an eligible customer payment for Social Parameter Engine. There are no downlines, no matrix, no second-level commission, no team-volume compensation, and no payment for recruiting another Partner.

If a person you referred later becomes a Partner, you do not receive any commission merely because that person joined or because that person later refers other customers.

5. Commission formula and recurring payments

The standard Partner rate is 50% of the eligible commissionable amount for each qualifying Social Parameter Engine membership payment credited to your direct referral. The commissionable amount generally means the pre-tax amount actually collected after applicable discounts. Taxes, refunded amounts, disputed amounts, chargebacks, credits, voided payments, duplicate transactions, fraudulent transactions, and self-referrals do not qualify.

At the current public prices, a fully eligible $47 monthly membership payment produces a $23.50 commission, and a fully eligible $470 annual membership payment produces a $235 commission. If the referred customer renews, each later payment may create another commission at the then-applicable Program rate while the customer subscription, referral attribution, and Partner account remain eligible.

These examples explain the current formula only. They do not promise any number of clicks, customers, payments, renewals, commissions, or earnings. A customer may cancel, fail payment, receive a refund, dispute a charge, or otherwise stop producing eligible payments at any time.

6. Attribution and system records

Referral attribution is determined by Social Parameter’s recorded referral code, checkout metadata, account information, subscription and payment records, and fraud review. The current browser-based attribution window is generally 30 days on the same browser or device, but attribution may be lost when cookies or local storage are cleared, another valid referral is credited, tracking is blocked, or the purchaser changes devices or browsers.

A commission is not earned merely because a link was clicked, an account was created, or a subscription exists. The corresponding membership payment must be successfully collected, remain eligible, and be attributed to your active Partner account in Social Parameter’s records.

7. Pending period, review, reversals, and payout

Commissions initially remain pending for at least 30 days. Social Parameter may review the underlying purchase, customer identity, referral source, refund status, chargeback status, promotional conduct, tax status, and fraud indicators before making a balance available or paying it.

  • A refund, partial refund, dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, discount correction, or ineligible transaction may reduce or reverse the related commission.
  • Recurring commissions are evaluated payment by payment. An earlier eligible payment does not guarantee that a later renewal payment will be collected or eligible.
  • Available balances are paid on the schedule and through the method communicated by Social Parameter after review.
  • Social Parameter may pause payment while reasonably investigating fraud, self-referral, policy violations, ownership disputes, or invalid tax information.
  • Closing or suspending a Partner account does not validate otherwise ineligible commissions.

8. Tax documentation and responsibility

You are responsible for taxes arising from Partner commissions. Before payout, Social Parameter may require appropriate tax documentation, including Form W-9 for a United States payee or an applicable Form W-8 for a non-United States payee. Social Parameter may report payments and withhold amounts when required by law.

Do not email a Social Security number or other sensitive tax identifier unless Social Parameter specifically directs you to an approved secure collection process. The ordinary Partner dashboard does not collect or display a taxpayer identification number.

9. Required advertising disclosure

Whenever you endorse or promote Social Parameter Engine in a context where your financial relationship may not be obvious, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may receive a commission. The disclosure must be placed where a reasonable viewer will notice and understand it before acting on the endorsement.

An acceptable plain-language example is: “I may earn a commission if you purchase Social Parameter Engine through my link.” A platform disclosure tool may be used in addition to, not necessarily instead of, clear disclosure in the content itself.

10. Truthful product experience and complimentary access

You may describe your genuine experience with the Engine, but you may not state or imply that you personally used, purchased, tested, deployed, or sold work created with the Engine unless that actually occurred. A non-owner Partner may share Social Parameter’s approved founder demonstrations and product materials without pretending those demonstrations are the Partner’s own experience.

If Social Parameter provides complimentary, review, or temporary access, you must disclose that material connection when it would not otherwise be obvious. An example is: “Social Parameter gave me access to test the Engine, and I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

11. Truthful promotion and earnings claims

You may truthfully demonstrate the Engine, explain its features, state the current Partner commission formula, and describe websites as assets a user may pitch or sell to prospective clients. You may not state or imply that a person is guaranteed or likely to obtain customers, sales, profit, income, passive income, financial freedom, a replacement for employment, or any particular lifestyle.

You may not use an earnings testimonial, revenue screenshot, luxury image, customer result, or numerical income claim unless Social Parameter has given written approval for that specific use and the representation is truthful, substantiated, and presented with all required context. A generic “results not guaranteed” disclaimer does not cure a misleading main message.

12. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Purchase through your own referral link or arrange a purchase by a controlled account, household member, nominee, or substantially identical business to obtain a commission.
  • Create fake buyers, duplicate accounts, false leads, fabricated reviews, misleading testimonials, or manipulated tracking events.
  • Represent yourself as Social Parameter, an employee, an authorized legal representative, or the exclusive seller of the Engine.
  • Use spam, unlawful automated messages, deceptive subject lines, purchased contact lists used without lawful permission, or other communications that violate applicable law or platform rules.
  • Bid on Social Parameter, Social Parameter Engine, or confusingly similar trademarks in paid search; register confusing domains or social handles; or use trademarked terms in a way that suggests ownership or official status without written permission.
  • Alter approved creative so that it becomes false, deceptive, materially incomplete, or inconsistent with these Terms.
  • Offer unauthorized rebates, discounts, cash-back arrangements, or incentives funded from the commission without written permission.
  • Recruit or advertise a downline, multilevel structure, team volume, or commission for enrolling another Partner.

13. Brand and content license

While your Partner account is active, Social Parameter grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved Partner links, marks, and promotional materials solely to promote Social Parameter Engine in compliance with these Terms. You do not acquire ownership of Social Parameter’s trademarks, software, training, source code, customer data, or other intellectual property.

Upon suspension or termination, you must stop presenting yourself as an active Partner and stop using materials that imply current authorization.

14. Independent relationship

You are an independent contractor for tax and business purposes and not an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, legal representative, or general business partner of Social Parameter. You control when, where, and whether you promote the Engine, subject to these Terms. You have no authority to make commitments, warranties, refunds, contracts, or representations on behalf of Social Parameter.

15. Account security and accurate information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for keeping your name, contact details, promotion information, and payment or tax information accurate. Notify Social Parameter promptly if you believe your account or referral link has been compromised.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop participating at any time. Social Parameter may suspend or terminate participation for violation of these Terms, deception, legal or platform risk, payment manipulation, abuse, prolonged inactivity, reputational harm, or discontinuation of the Program.

Termination does not create a right to payment for ineligible, reversed, fraudulent, self-referred, or uncollected transactions. Legitimate commissions recorded before termination remain subject to the ordinary hold, review, reversal, tax, and payout requirements.

17. Program changes

Social Parameter may modify the Partner Program, including commission rates, eligible products or plans, treatment of renewals, attribution rules, hold periods, approval standards, access paths, and payout procedures, on a prospective basis. Material changes will be reflected in updated Terms or account communications. A prospective rate change does not retroactively reduce a commission already recorded for an eligible payment, except for ordinary refunds, disputes, fraud corrections, or accounting errors.

If a new Terms version requires acceptance, continued dashboard access or future referral activity may be conditioned on accepting that version.

18. No earnings or business-success guarantee

Social Parameter provides a referral mechanism and a compensation formula. It does not guarantee clicks, subscriptions, renewals, commissions, income, profits, clients, business success, or any other financial result. Results depend on factors outside Social Parameter’s control, including audience, market, effort, skill, content, advertising costs, platform decisions, payment success, cancellation, and customer demand.

19. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Partner Program and dashboard are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Social Parameter does not warrant uninterrupted tracking, permanent Program availability, or that every click, subscription, renewal, or purchase will be attributed when technical or user-controlled tracking conditions prevent attribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Parameter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the Partner Program. Social Parameter’s aggregate liability relating to a Partner account will not exceed the unpaid, finally approved commissions properly due to that account during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

20. Responsibility for your conduct

You are responsible for your own advertisements, endorsements, communications, taxes, business expenses, platform accounts, and compliance with applicable law. You agree to reimburse Social Parameter for reasonable losses, penalties, third-party claims, and expenses caused by your material breach of these Terms, unlawful promotion, infringement, fraud, or unauthorized representations, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable law, disputes relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving DuPage County, Illinois, and each party consents to that venue and jurisdiction.

22. General provisions

These Terms, together with any incorporated Program policies and account notices, form the agreement governing the Partner Program. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your Partner account or rights without written consent. Headings are for convenience only.

23. Contact

Questions about the Partner Program or these Terms may be sent to socialparameter@gmail.com. Do not send Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, bank credentials, or identity documents through ordinary email.
